Description

The FEMIN-ICT project seeks to increase women’s visibility and empowerment in the ICT and digital economy driving in this way economic growth and wider social progress. The project’s target group are employers (ICT enterprises) such as ICT business incubators, municipalities and prefectures as well as individual women wishing to enter or remain in the ICT workforce as employees or entrepreneurs.

Objectives

The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

 

  • Τo foster the equal participation, representation and treatment of women in ICT
  • Τo enhance the women’s access and employability
  • To decrease the women’s recorded dropout rates from the ICT sector
