Description
ENFEM aims at supporting the integration of TCNs (Third Country Nationals) in local communities – and, thus, society more generally – by achieving a better match between skills and demands in the EU’s labour markets, focusing specifically on Women TCNs.
Objectives
The project aims to achieve the following objectives:
-to provide an in-depth analysis of the current situation regarding the employability of migrant women in Europe on a regional, national and local level
-to design, develop and implement a bottom-up local integration strategy for Women TCNs sustainable skills and capacity development in employability and entrepreneurship
-to develop and implement a Blended Training Package for migrant women to help them improve their skills and capacities to enter the labour market
-to develop an online platform that will work as a bridge between migrant women, local stakeholders and organizations that offer opportunities for employment and/or entrepreneurship.
