Description

EduNUT project aims to spread future thinking over food systems, and encourage teachers & students to approach them holistically & critically and with multiple perspectives in mind, while taking responsibility for their own actions as members of their social systems. Additionally, the project will also support the development of competencies, such as oral presentation, critical thinking, self-awareness, collaboration, navigating complexity, pro-activity, analytical and ethical thinking.

Objectives

The objectives of the EduNUT project are to:

a. encourage and promote behavioral changes, succeed more sustainable consumption habits, demanding healthier & more sustainble products
b. empower learners to embody sustainability values & embrace complex systems, boost their imagination & future thinking capabilities, as future changemakers in the domain of food
c. expand training & educational tools on future & system thinking methodologies that are less or not used at all in secondary educational level in Europe
